Confirmation that the proposed improvements provide sufficient capacity to accommodate agreed predicted opening year traffic flows as set out in the transport assessment and associated documentation b. How the scheme interfaces with the existing highway alignment, carriageway markings and lane destinations c. Full signing and lighting details d. Confirmation of full compliance with current departmental standards as contained in the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB), or approved relaxations/departures from standards e. Any independent Stage 1 Road Safety Audit carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant section of the DMRB at the time it is undertaken These requirements set out above are intended to provide sufficient flexibility to ensure that the impact of the proposed link road on the Junction 11a of the M1 can be mitigated effectively.In respect of highways improvements, details to be agreed include: a.
