Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/03813/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal fails to comply with paragraph Q.1 (i) of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), in that the proposal will comprise building operations in respect of the upper floor of the building which are considered would be over and above those works "reasonably necessary" for the building to function as a dwellinghouse.
2) Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to enable a proper assessment of the likelihood of noise pollution arising from the adjacent uses. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(b) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
3) Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to enable a proper assessment of the likelihood of the presence of contaminants on the site. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(c) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
