Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/02532/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby granted Prior Approval shall be completed within three years from the date of the original permission dated 08/02/2019.

Reason: To comply with Paragraph Q.2 (3) of Class Q of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Class A of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions to the dwellings hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To prevent harm being caused to the openness of the Green Belt.

3) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Class E of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no buildings or other structures shall be erected or constructed within the curtilage of the dwellings without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To prevent harm being caused to the openness of the Green Belt.

4) No work shall commence on the external finishes of the dwellings hereby approved until details of the parking layout scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: to ensure the provision of one visitor parking space in a convenient location which could serve both units.
5) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plan no. 2020/964/100.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
