Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/04303/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Other than as specified in the Schedule of Work and plans hereby approved, no works of alteration or replacement in respect of the constructional fabric of the building, including any works of masonry repointing, shall be undertaken without the prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority and any such additional works agreed shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the agreed details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic fabric and traditional character of this listed building (Section 16, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the works detailed in the submitted Schedule of Work (Stockton Bradley Chartered Building Surveyors) and plans 14-01, 14-03E, 20-01, 03 Rev.2.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
