Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/21/00769/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed link road would introduce additional traffic to turn to and from Shenley Hill Road from and to Vandyke Road/Mile Tree Road Junction, thereby creating additional congestion and danger to all road users. Further the proposal  by reason of the Shenley Hill Road junction design alongside its relationship with the Vandyke/Mile Tree Road/Shenley Hill Road junction would affect safe use of the highway. Accordingly the proposal is contrary to Policy T1 (2) of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review Policies and Paragraph 108 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2019).
