Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed single storey rear extension is considered to fall within the permitted development tolerance limits under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as such the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
