1 )This planning permission shall be read in conjunction with the linked planning permission granted under Planning Ref. CB/19/02297/MW for the importation of up to 1,700,000 m³ of inert waste and material and phased site restoration works and a Section 106 Agreement dated 17 May 2021.This planning permission shall be read in conjunction with the linked planning permission granted under Planning Ref. 2 )With reference to Conditions 5 and 6 above, the applicant is advised that it will be necessary to enter into an agreement with Central Bedfordshire Council as Highway Authority under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 to facilitate the satisfactory construction of localised widening of Eastern Way, the new site access road off it and associated road improvements. The applicant is advised to contact the Highways Agreement Officer (Email: highwaysagreements@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk). The applicant is also advised that if any of the works associated with the construction of the localised widening or the new site access road affects or requires the removal and/or the relocation of any equipment, apparatus or structures or statutory authority equipment etc, then the applicant will be required to bear the cost of such removal or alteration. 4 )The applicant is advised that infiltration testing is required in order to determine the ground conditions and satisfy the drainage hierarchy.
