2 )The applicant is advised that the requirements of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 will apply to any works undertaken within the limits of the existing public highway. Further details can be obtained from the Highway Engineer, Central Bedfordshire Council, Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire. SG17 5TQ.The applicant is advised that the requirements of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 will apply to any works undertaken within the limits of the existing public highway.
