Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/74/01249
Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) Particulars of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the development hereby permitted is in keeping with existing development. (2) The building hereby permitted shall be used for storage in connection with the existing dairy business and for no other purpose without the prior consent in writing of the District Planning Authority. REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to exercise control over the future use of the building. (3) The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission. REASON: In accordance with Section 41 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
