Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The site lies outside areas considered suitable for further shopping or business uses in the village centre of Houghton Regis. Adequate provision to meet the needs of this expanded village is being made within the Houghton Regis Village Centre. It is considered that the best use of the land is for residential purposes. (2) The proposed development will give rise to standing and turning traffic on the adjoining classified road, will interrupt the free flow of traffic on it and will cause danger, inconvenience and obstruction to users of the highway and of the premises.
