Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The materials used in the external walls of the proposed development shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible. REASON: To ensure that the development fits in with the existing building. 2. The development to which this permission relates must be begun within 5 years beginning with the date of this permission. REASON: In accordance with Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1964 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
