Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This permission shall extend only to the application as amended by the applicantants letter to the Luton Rural District Council of the 15th January 1971. REASON: To define this permission. (2) The proposed development to which this permission relates shall be begun not later than the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: In accordance with Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1968, to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
