Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This consent is outline permission for one agricultural dwelling only and detailed plans showing the siting, design, external appearance and access arrangements for the proposed dwelling shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before any building operations are commenced. REASON: To enable the Local Planning Authority to give consideration to the layout and appearance of, and means of access to, the development to be carried out in accordance with Article 5(3) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development) Order 1960. (2) The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture as defined by Section 119(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1947 or in an activity mainly dependent upon agriculture and including the dependents of such persons aforesaid. REASON: Because the Local Planning Authority would not be prepared to permit the erection of a dwelling house on this site unconnected with this use of the adjoining land for agricultural purposes.
