Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This permission is temporary and shall expire on the 30th June 1960 after which date all buildings and installations shall be removed and the site reinstated to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: The preservation of amenities and to secure well planned development. (2) The existing access to the site only shall be used. REASON: The preservation of amenities and to secure well planned development. (3) No buildings, plant or installations shall be sited closer than 100ft from the highway boundary. REASON: The preservation of amenities and to secure well planned development. (4) The existing natural screening shall be retained and supplemented to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
