Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The site lies outside the proposed limits of development for the village of Kensworth. (2) The site is not one which is considered suitable for the establishment of a residential caravan site and, if permitted, would be detrimental to the amenities of the area and the open country surrounding the site which is indicated on the County Development Plan as being of Very High Landscape Value.
