Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The site of the proposed development lies within the Green Belt proposed for South Bedfordshire. Within this Green Belt approval for new development will not be granted except in very special circumstances or to meet the needs of agriculture, or for purposes defined by the Minister of Housing and Local Government in his Circular 42/55. (2) The site of the proposed development lies within an area shown on the approved County Development Plan as being of great landscape value and is within the proposed Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The proposed development would be an unsightly intrusion into this area of open countryside. (3) The proposal, if permitted, would constitute development distant from the necessary social and other facilities essential to caravan dwellers.
