Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) Detailed plans showing the siting, design and access arrangements for any proposed development being submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before any conversion works commence. REASON: To enable the Local Planning Authority to give consideration to the layout and appearance of, and means of access to, the development to be carried out in accordance with Article 5(3) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development) Order 1950.
