Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. This consent shall be for the storage of grain, agricultural produce and agricultural fertilisers only and shall not extend to the storage of any other goods notwithstanding the provisions of Class X of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1963. REASON: The Local Planning Authority would be unwilling to permit the establishment in this area of a storage use unconnected with agriculture.
