Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This approval is valid for a period of 12 months expiring on the 31st December 1964. Immediately thereafter the use of the land for the storage of building materials shall be discontinued and the building and the land shall be restored to their original condition unless before that time an application has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority for a further period. (2) This consent is for the use of the building for the storage of building materials only and does not permit the installation or the use of machinery of any description.
