Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The proposed development lies within the proposed Green Belt around Luton and Dunstable. Within this Green Belt approval for new development will not be granted except in very special circumstances or to meet the needs of agriculture, or for purposes defined under Circular 42/55 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government. (2) The proposed caravan would be an intrusive element which would spoil the appearance of this attractive rural area and would be remote from the facilities of any existing settlement.
