Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01012
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the proposed facing materials, including doors and windows, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, 13, B.S.P.; BE5, BE6, BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE4, BE5, BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) Before the development is first occupied or brought into use, space shall be provided within the site for the parking of vehicles in accordance with the standards of the District Planning Authority and thereafter retained for this purpose.
REASON: To ensure provision for car parking and servicing clear of the highway.
(Policies 42, B.S.P.; T13, S.B.L.P.; T14, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Existing Plans and Elevations received 02/06/03 and Proposed Plans and Elevations (Porch Option 1) received 28/07/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
