Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The car parking areas and access roads shall be constructed, surfaced and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the car parking areas and access roads are serviceable at all times. (2) The entrance points at Brewers Hill Road and French's Avenue shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the attached sketch plans and to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the free flow of traffic or the conditions of general safety along the neighbouring highways. (3) The development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. REASON: In accordance with Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1968 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
