Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. No work shall be carried out after 8 p.m. except in connection with emergency breakdowns, or before 6.30 a.m. REASON To avoid causing undue annoyance to the occupiers of adjoining residential properties. 2. No lorries exceeding 5 tons unladen weight shall be repaired on the premises, apart from emergency repairs. REASON To avoid causing undue annoyance to the occupiers of adjoining residential properties.
