Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) A brick wall shall be erected on the elevation to Plantation Road. REASON: To preserve the amenities of the adjoining residential locality. (2) The brick wall shown on the elevation to Plantation Road shall be provided with a door only and not a door and window as shown. REASON: To preserve the amenities of the adjoining residential locality. (3) The existing access to Heath Road shall be provided with a 15ft by 10ft splay. REASON: To minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and of the premises.
