Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This permission expires on the 30th September 1964 and at the end of that period the property shall be restored to its former use to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To enable the Local Planning Authority to reconsider the situation at the end of the time in question. (2) School activities shall only take place on the premises between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. with the exception of Saturday afternoons and the whole of Sundays. REASON: To protect and preserve the residential amenities of the neighbourhood. (3) There shall be no noise or nuisance likely to cause annoyance to neighbouring properties. REASON: To protect and preserve the residential amenities of the neighbourhood. (4) Compliance with the requirements of the Chief Fire Officer as shown on accompanying letter dated the 7th September 1964. REASON: To conform with the recommendations of the Chief Fire Officer.
