Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. The proposed brick work and bond shall match as closely as possible those of the existing dwelling. Details of which shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. 3. The conservatory shall be constructed from softwood timber. All sections and mouldings shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. 4. Details of the code and fixing of the lead flashing where the roof abuts the main brick wall of the house shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. 5. All rainwater goods shall be cast iron and painted black unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. 6. Notwithstanding the details shown on approved plan number LJ1 details of the roof pitch shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority by way of a drawing at 1:10 scale prior to the commencement of works. The works shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the neighbouring statutorily listed building(s) in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
