1) 1. The development by virtue of its scale and form, represents an overdevelopment of the building and a disproportionate extension; as such it is contrary to Policy GBT1 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997. 2. The proposed additional first and dormer windows to the front elevation would have an adverse visual impact to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area, contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (Deposit Draft) 1997.
