1) 1. The signs hereby approved shall be illuminated only at times when the premises are open to the public. 2. All existing advertisement signs on the building shall be removed before the signs hereby approved are installed. 3. The projecting sign hereby approved shall have a maximum luminance of 2000 candelas per square metre. 4. The fascia sign herey approved shall have a maximum luminance of 1200 candelas per square metre. 5. The signs hereby approved shall be finished in non-reflective materials. 6. The lighting units shall be adequately shielded so that the source of illumination is not directly visible from the public highway. 7.
