Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Detailed drawings of the following items to a scale of 1:20 door and surround between the dining room and hallway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before work is started on the relevant part of the development hereby approved. 3. Detailed drawings of the following items to a scale of 1:20 door and surround between the kitchen and hallway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before work is started on the relevant part of the development hereby approved. 4. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter received on the 4.5.00. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
