Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. No development shall commence until a sample of the reclaimed pantiles and brickwork for the rear extension, the specification for the eternal render together with the colour wash finish has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall accord with the approved details. 3. All clay plain tiles being salvaged from the existing roof shall be re-used for the covering of the repaired roof. Where there is a shortfall in clay plain tiles, the replacement tiles shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before work commences on the relevant part of the development hereby approved. 4. Notwithstanding the details on drawing no: 0011-2 hereby approved and prior to the development commencing, full details of the extent of timber frame replacement shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. 5. All window frames shall be white painted soft wood unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
