Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/01/01152/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) All external materials including samples of brick and natural slate shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved. The development shall accord with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
3) All new window and door joinery shall be constructed of timber unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
4) A 1:1 scale drawing of a typical glazing bar section for the proposed windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of that part of the development hereby approved. The development shall accord with the approved details.
