1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Details of the materials to be used for the roof and the colour of the render for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The materilas shall accord witht he approved details. 3. Details of the facing brick for the rebuilt boundary wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The materials shall accord with the approved details. 4. The brick bond and mortar mix to be used for the rebuilt boundary wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works hereby approved. The materials shall accord with the approved details. 5. The gable as indicated on the west elevation shall remain as existing, finished in facing bricks, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the appearance of the building and of this part of the Biggleswade Conservation Area in accordance with Policy BE14 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
