1) The proposal by reason of its location, scale, bulk and height would have an adverse impact upon the residential amenity and the neighbouring property No. 15 London Road by reason of it being overbearing, contrary to Policy BE1 of The Mid Beds Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS6 of The Mid Beds Local Plan First Review Draft Deposit Incorporating Pre Inquiry Changes 1997.
2) The proposed garage by reason of its scale, bulk, design and ....................* would have an adverse impact upon the character and appearance of the area as it does not constitute an acceptable form of development for a domestic garage/secondary outbuilding, contrary to Policy BE1 of The Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 1993 and Policy DPS7 of The Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit Draft Incorporating Pre-Inquiry Changes 1999
