1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Full details of the window and its proposed method of opening shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority at a 1:20 scale prior to the commencement of work. The window shall be installed in accordance with the approved plans. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2.
