Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. No development shall take place until a 1:10 scale drawing of the windows showing the thickness of the frame, sub-divisions and the method of opening has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The windows shall be constructed in accordance with the approved plan. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2.
