1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. All items of internal joinery features shall be reinstated in rooms created through the removal of the modern staircase and that these match the original design of those elsewhere in the property. These items shall include skirting, dado rail and other original fittings including doors. 3. Any works to the ceilings shall be carried out using original lath and plaster construction. 4. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2.
