Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Following the removal of the existing fire surround in the lounge the fireplace opening shall be inspected by the Local Planning Authority. Notwithstanding the proposed fire surround details on approved plan number MBDC/2 submitted on 10.10.01, details of the new fire surround at 1:10 scale shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the fire surround shall be completed in accordance with those approved details. 3. Prior to the commencement of development details of the proposed damp proofing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the damp proofing works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. 4. Notwithstanding the annotation on approved plan number MBDC/1, details drawings at a scale of 1:10 of the replacement front door in the south-eastern elevation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development; the works shall then be undertaken in accordance with the approved plans. 5. Notwithstanding the annotation on approved plan number MBDC/1, detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 of the replacement side door in the south-western elevation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development; the works shall then be undertaken in accordance with the approved plans. 6. All new windows shall be single glazed with white painted joinery unless otherwise agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
