Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. 3. Details of the materials and colouration to be used for the rainwater goods associated with the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. 4. Detailed drawings of the following items to a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development hereby approved is commenced:- glazing bars, profile of window frames, method of opening. 5. Details of the materials and colouration to be used on the windows of the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. 6. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plan no. AJ850/2C dated 24 September 2001. <<B,U>>Reasons:<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
