Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01039
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute a disharmonious feature in the street scene, by reason of its bulk. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies BE11 and H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications).
2) The proposal, by reason of its height and location, would be unacceptably overbearing in relation to the adjacent dwelling. As such the proposal is considered to be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies BE11 and H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications).
