Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01051
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modification), no additional window openings shall be inserted in the development hereby permitted.
REASON: To control the external appearance of the buildings in the interests of the amenities of the area.

3) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Number 02127/Extg/01 received 9th June 2003 and Drawing Number 02127/PL/01B received 26th June 2003 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
