Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01078
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials and details of external joinery to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on Drawing nos. 00603/1B and 00603/2, received 12/06/02 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
