| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

The windows shown in blue on Drawing No. 1351-3B shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.

New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modification), no additional window openings shall be inserted in the development hereby permitted.
REASON: To control the external appearance of the buildings in the interests of the amenities of the area.
