Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01197
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than five years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the replacement chimney stack shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible. Keymer roof tiles to match those used on the extension shall be used for the re-tiling of the roof.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with special architectural and historic character of the building and the setting of the Grade II Listed Stonhill.
3) Before the dwelling is first occupied and following any demolition works to the existing chimney stack, a replacement chimney stack shall be erected. The position and external appearance of the replacement chimney stack shall exactly match that of the existing chimney stack.
REASON: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building and the setting of the Grade II Listed Stonhill.
4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing Nos. 010923/01C, and 010923/02B received 04/08/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
