Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. All clay tiles capable of being salvaged from the existing roof shall be re-used for the covering of the roof. 3. A sample of new roof tiles shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the commencement of works. The works shall accord with the approved details. 4. A schedule of roofing repairs including: i) any works to existing roof timbers, and ii) the details of the re-tiling scheme (including details of mix), shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the work shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule. 5. The chimney shall be partly re-built using a brick of the type, size and colour submitted with your letter dated 28th August 2000. The extent of the re-building shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
