Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/00/00864/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. Visibility splays shall be provided at the junction of the vehicular access with the public highway. The splays shall extend to the limits of the site's highway frontage on each side of the access from a point on the centre line of the access measured 2.4m back from the road channel. The vision splays so described shall be maintained free of any obstruction to visibility exceeding a height of 1050mm above the adjoining road channel level. 3. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter and plans received on the 4.7.00. Reasons ------- 1. To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To provide adequate visibility between the highway and the access and to make the access safe and convenient for the traffic which is likely to use it. 3. For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority. Signed......................
