Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. The development shall be carried out using a facing brick to match as closely as possible in bond, colour and texture that of the existing garage building. 3. The doors to the development hereby permitted shall be of a timber construction. 4. The windows of the development hereby permitted shall be of a timber casement construction. 5. The roof of the development hereby permitted shall be clay tiles, samples of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. 6. Details of the retaining wall hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development; these details shall include: i. samples of materials ii. elevation drawing at a scale of 1:50 7. The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by letter and plans received on the 14.11.01. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2. To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the neighbouring statutorily listed building in accordance with Policy BE6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan. 3.
