Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01270
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), the garage hereby permitted shall be kept permanently available for the parking of motor vehicles.
REASON: To ensure that off-street parking is retained in the interests of highway safety.
(Policies 42, B.S.P.; T13, S.B.L.P.; T14, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows shall be inserted into the eastern or western flank elevations of the proposed extensions.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies H9, S.B.L.P.; H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Number 2003/09 received 31st July 2003 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
