Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/01316
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) The driveway length in front of the garage shall be at least 6.0m as measured from the garage doors to the highway boundary.
REASON: To ensure that parked vehicles do not adversely affect the safety and convenience of road users by overhanging the adjoining public highway.
(Policies T4, S.B.L.P, T1, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 3321-JM-02 received 07/08/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
