Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey side extension would constitute a disharmonious feature in the streetscene by reason of its bulk, siting and design. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies BE11 and H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies BE11 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications).
