Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development hereby approved shall be commenced within five years of the date of this permission. 2. All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building. 3. Prior to the commencement of construction of the extension hereby permitted the existing rear conservatory and detached outbuildings shown on approved plan no. 02/64/02 shall be demolished and all debris completely removed from the site. 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no window or other openings shall be formed in the west elevation of the extension hereby permitted until detailed plans and elevations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. <<B,U>>Reason(s):<<XB,XU>> 1. To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out. 2.
